yeah, that's sounds like it tastes like crud....Bacon bits, frozen yogurt and Maple syrup, sounds like a heart attack. Only healthy thing is the frozen yogurt.

But I'm beter at meals and appetizers than desserts. Something I do need to work on, maybe I'll try it, but trying to eat healthy right now....emphasis on trying

Fuck, I can not prepare edesert at all. I just had this shit lying around. I cook French and Middle Eastern cuisine mostly. I am learning Italian and Brazilian as well....

I am kind of a health nut right now, but I cook bacon every month or so. I buy it from the local butcher, so it is free of the preservatives and not as salty but very very good. I usualy buy everything local, since it is available here.

I'm trying to eat better and local as well. It aint easy, nor is it cheap. But it is much, much better for you. 75% of the shit in food nowadays causes something, it's ridiculous.
