i have a few friends that are RAs this year, and they're already busy after moving in today. dinners and training and 'team building'...tough stuff. they get to deal with a lot of crap though, don't envy that.

Well, as I mentioned earlier, I'm the RAs' boss, which means I have a lot of extra stuff to do. Like teaching the new RAs how to be RAs, writing up meeting agendas, handling the housing lists, the distribution of staff office keys, handling the master key paddles, preparing the duty calendars, and of course the normal RA duties of door decorations, bulletin boards, and duty signs. It's kind of absurd.
