That's my college. The student whose door was kicked in is a friend of mine, we worked in the same lab last year and played rugby together for three years.

Fortunately, everyone's okay.

Also, the gunman has moved away from campus, but seems to be circling back toward it. He's apparently close to my girlfriend's former dorm.

I hope they catch the dude soon. I kind of like my friends and stuff.

But I got the signal nicely optimized, as strong as it's been, and as I reached for my notebook to write down the settings, it vanished entirely.

I have no idea what's going on...

You wouldn't have this problem if you'd just get an apple.
