I've not watched Nightwing (only a few scenes here and there), so can't really say. He's a good actor though.

I'm getting in better shape, that's for sure. Obviously there's no outward results, but my recovery time is probably down about 35%, taking about half the non-mandated breaks that I did in the beginning. Only negative is that my workout buddies may or may not have stopped. I dunno. I think the roomie had a bad day and just didn't want to do it today, but they skipped yesterday too. I was hoping they'd help push me through a bit. I think I'm in it for the long haul now though. However, my schedule becomes crazy in 2 weeks. That'll be the test. Working out when I'm just drained.

I was gonna yell at them...but my roomie went home for a day or so and think she just had an emotional day (2 months today since her Dad passed), so I wasn't gonna push 'em. Tomorrow? I may. Segway: I like that about Insanity. He's a positive dude. Encourages you to push harder, dig deeper. Not like that skank Jillian Michaels. She just yells and is a meanie butt face.
