So yesterday for dinner...I had 4 slices of pizza (of a 14" pizza), a pepsi and 300 calories of pure Haagen Dazs ice cream. For kicks, I measured my waist line: 33 inches.

This morning when I got up, I measured again: 32 inches.

I love my metabolism.
