OK, that's better. Did you want to ask me a question, Vee?

So what I was gonna say earlier:

Remember last week when you were worried I was working out too much? I had a small breakfast today and had a training session before lunch. I realized as I finished working out that I had burned twice as many calories than I had even eaten yet (I wear a heart rate monitor that tells you that stuff). Sure enough, right after that I felt dizzy and shaky and on my way to get some food, my legs buckled. So I thought of you.

But by now I've had some meat and I feel fine. Sore-ish but fine.

That would be the first time a woman has ever fainted just by thinking of me. :ohwell:

How long is one supposed to wait to digest breakfast (or any meal for that matter) before working out? I normally wait at least an hour first.

Man....

Now I'm hungry.

I'm venting the chamber for the third time today, and I'm hungry.

Me too, so get in the kitchen and fix us something...

Give me about four hours. I have to work until 5:45, then I'm working out with a couple friends. I'll be eating around 8:30 tonight...

Ah, gotcha.

You didn't answer my question though. :bolt:

I can't. I've never fainted since knowing you, so I cannot assess about whom or what I think when I faint.
