Don't look now, but the Pirates finally won back to back games this weekend and actually swept a 3 game series, almost doubling their win total for the year.

Don’t think you jinxed them because we all know they will win just enough games to not be the worst team this season.

Like the weather vs climate discussion in terms of worst ran MLB team.

Weather (this season) = Red Sox or Angels. Who I might add already have talent.
Climate (long term) = Pirates and are totally void of any talent on the 40 man roster or in their system.

If everyone "boycotts" that just means the games get postponed until when they are no longer boycotting, no?

So they're more just flexing their muscle to postpone games than anything else. If they were boycotting they'd leave the bubble and turf the season.
