OT - I'm bored, Part III!

So was I, but not with the same thing (although I checked the score as soon as I got home, congratulations!). I was at my girlfriend's house for a bonfire, and I got back around midnight, checked some scores, and then watched the rest of Avatar: The Last Airbender. I really wish they would have made a fourth season...

See, I'm not sure I like that. There were enough loose ends that they could have made a fourth season with the same cast of characters. I thought they had left it entirely feasible that some air nomads could have survived and escaped into hiding since no one knew about the swamp people and everyone thought the sun warriors had been dead for a couple thousand years. And Zuko was just about to look for his mother. And Aang and Zuko still had to repair the damages of the Fire Nation.

I dunno, I think it might be a good thing that they didn't add in a 4th season. Don't get me wrong, I would have loved to have seen a 4th season. I think the writers are gifted enough that they wouldn't have ruined it. Zuko should have at least be able to look for his mom. I got the impression that losing her was the primary motivation of his character. Finding her would have given closure to his transformation.

I agree, that is the one thing I'd really like to see. Maybe he'll still be alive in the new series and there will be a flashback, who knows?

I'm surprised Aang is already dead 80 years later. People live to obscene ages in that series.
