I understand all of that, and in your area it's probably a wise choice to not have smoking in most places because that's not their clientele, but in PA, or at least in southwest PA, something like 50% of people smoke. There are places that have lost a lot of business due to the laws.

British Columbia outlawed smoking in restaurants and bars a few years ago... there was a town in Northeastern BC (heavy oil/gas, forestry and mining economy - rugged crowd) that threatened to secede to Alberta over it.
