Doesn't feel fun anymore. I haven't been to practice in three weeks because I just don't feel like it. There's always some kind of drama. Girl cliques. It's raining. I don't want to pay for it anymore. Don't want to get the car and drive to Oakland.

It just seems like more trouble then it's worth these days.

Yeah, I was there with wrestling in high school, although that really was a hard desission and I had a bunch of people mad at me when I decided to stop

same thing happened to me for league hockey this past year.
we lost sponsorship, I didn't feel like scrounging around for other money (or chasing down the players for $20 a week or whatever),
we had recently moved further away from the rink, it was tougher to work around my kid's schedule.... it just didn't seem worth it anymore.
I'm getting too damned old to keep up with the freshly recruited 22 year olds.
took the winter completely off to distance myself, will hopefully look for some casual games next winter.

I know. It's an epidemic! It kind of feels like the less I'm doing, the less I want to do anything else.

I better get a new hobby or job quick!

Think I'm just getting cabin fever. Planning my trip east and planning two camping trips for June/July is making me a little goofy. I really like to travel so I think I'm just getting the bug to skip town for a little bit. Quick road trip may be in order in the next few days.
