Yeah, WW, you need chicks to be present in order to be successful with them. It turns out that the individual success parameter of each chick is proportional to the number of chicks assuming a constant number of guys. It also turns out that with more chicks at that parameter there is a proportional increase in likelihood of success due to having more chances. Specifically, as the number of chicks approaches infinity, you should have success with some number of them defined by the parameter.
