It just goes to show that if you want a player in the NHL, you have to expect some competition that is going to make the price go up higher than it should.

Teams like Buffalo, that are a small market team, with a bad reputation, have to spend more money just to get people to come here now.

Well, yes and no. It's also shows that the Cap has gone up WAY too quickly and players contracts are becoming outdated so to speak when they only signed a few years ago. It worries me like it should worry every hockey fan. Yes it's the market but the cap floor shouldn't be over what the Cap was when we first came out of the lockout allready and by so much...

It's funny looking at some of these articles about who the Winners & Losers were on Day 1.

One site has all their Winners as the Losers on another site, and then all the Losers on another site are the Winners on a different site.

People are all over the place on what they think about what happened.

Damn Louie is a funny show. I just watched the first two episodes of this season.

I have had a few beers but I also thought the first episode of Wilfred was funny.
