The surgery won't involve my intestines, but I'm sure I can ask them to go ahead since we are all there already.

I woke up during recovery and punched my surgeon dont remember it but was real nervous the following year when he had to have hernia surgery.

You're tougher than me. In my last surgery, I regained consciousness in Recovery in the middle of sobbing and I could hear someone saying "I changed my mind. I don't want the surgery anymore." But it was actually me saying it. Apparently I had been unconscious but I was crying and yelling at the nurses. No recollection!

To my credit though, I had an extremely painful procedure and recovery. It was a gnarly couple of months before I was back to normal.

To be honest I didn't even remember it the surgeon told me about it after.but I do tend to have bad reactions to stuff like that.there was an incident were I involuntarily grabbed an oral surgeons through and I can't do haunted houses without hitting someone.

I've had 2 oral surgeries. That's it. One to take a tooth that was growing in my upper lip. Was in 3rd grade for that one.

Yeah I remember him saying surgery was next week just wanted to make sure his apt went well.truth is unless he smokes anesthesia shouldn't be a problem.if he does like me its usually smart to stop for a few days before.
