Ok, we have a coffee talk thread, an I'm bored thread, but no thread for our beloved pets? In memory of Mattola's handsome dog who sadly passed at a young age, this is our thread to post anything about our pets we love so much (as I write this my 3 kitty's are raising hell, lol).

The 43 house has 2 cats. One black cat who is completely awesome and one little tiger striped thing that is dumb as a box of hammers.

Example, we've had the dumbass four years. I have a laser pointer and will start it in the kitchen. She charges across the tile at it, I turn it off and she slides face first into the fridge door. EVERY TIME. For four years.

I came home from work one day and she was hanging, upside down from her back paws, from the screen door to the porch. No idea how long she'd been there.

Box. Of. Hammers.

Those box of hammers can make a bad day turn into a good day sometimes. :D

By the way, laser pointers are a MUST if you own a cat. 99% of them will do the same thing as yours.

I like to get real high, and have the cat make me chase the laser pointer.

Almost spit coffee on my monitor after reading that,

I have a 12 year old Golden Retriever that even at his age still tries to kill anything (animals) that wanders into my yard. Even at 12 he almost caught a rabbit last weekend. Most obedient, well behaved, mild manner dog I have ever been around, unless your a racoon, posuum, squirl, cat or rat.

When he was younger (around 3), he actual caught a crow flying low across the yard, f-ing impressive.

And he is the only other male in the house, we just look at the other 4 shake our heads :drama:and head for the back yard...

Three cats that live in the house, plus a stray that lives outside that my wife has adopted. Been feeding it for over a year and she even took it for a rabies shot. Yeah, it's ours now.

One indoor and the outdoor are tuxedo cats. That's where the resemblance ends though. One is a huge cat, about 18 pounds on a big frame, the other is probably about 8 pounds. Other indoor cats are a10 pound tortie and a 15 pound that seems to be a mix of a regular domestic medium hair and a Mainecoon (or however you spell that).

They all have very different personalities too. The tortie is crazy needy and follows my wife like a dog, the tuxedo is super friendly, and the mix is lazier than Garfield.

Also have two fresh water aquariums (20 & 55 gallon) with a mixture of fish in them.

My buddy who was hit by a car and killed earlier this year. He snuck out one night. Really miss him (mittens). He was a great cat. But I think he died because the 3 I have now needed a home. At least sometimes I think that's how life works.

.

I'll see your wifes one ourdoor cat with it's rabies shot, and raise you 3 formerly feral cats now with all their shots and spayed. :L

Ha ha sorry I had to break up what was looking like a good child scrap but then it turned into just a boring wrestling match. Girls fight stupid! Here is one of my dogs, I'll post my cats and other dog later. My PC is a piece of shit and I don't feel like arguing with it.

I was so emotionally distraught the day I lost Fluffster...I don't think I can handle another pet. Very selfish, I know. But, I can't afford one now anyway.

They're adorable, lol. What's sad is the amount of feral cats is growing every day. Too many people just aren't responsible pet owners these days including my ex roomies which is how I got the 3 I have.

too bad they are actual cats now

kittens are much cuter and easier to tolerate

now I have cats always climbing on my car.
My car color is silver and paw prints.
