Good find! That pic looks like it could have been taken along about 6:40 this evening.
Agreed, and agreed, but you know what...compared to what I thought about this team before the season...I'll take it.
I didn't even have them in the NCAA's before the season started. Hell, I don't know anyone that actually thought this team would end up ranked at any point in the season, let alone top 15 for most of the 2nd half.[/QUOTE]
Agreed, we turned out much better than I expected, but there appears to be no year end reward for these guys. More like a punishment. The bottom of the AAC really hurt the top five teams. In the future if we are going to stay in this conference, which is soon to be weakened considerably by Louisville's departure, we are going to have to upgrade the non conference schedule.
Nobody to blame but ourselves..... We needed to win one of those last three that we played vs Louisville and UCONN. We didn't do it. We had two quality wins after that big win in Louisville (UConn and Memphis) - And both were at home. Didn't help that UConn beat us twice in the span of weeks after that win.
If this team was playing the way it played in January I think we'd have a lot to look forward to.... As it is now, I think it would be nice ton win one and a miracle to win two.
Every single ESPN guy picked Michigan State to win it all.
I like our chances a bit better now.
That actually makes me like our chances......
Nah, round of 32 it is..........
We're gonna win. I can feel it.
We're due god damnit.
Due doesn't begin to describe it. The Bearcats last went to the elite eight almost 20 years ago(1996). The Bengals have been to the playoffs in four of the last five years with zero playoff wins. Their last playoff win was in the 1990 season. The Reds have been to the playoffs three of the last four years, and have yet to advance. Way over-fucking due for sure. Who is going to break the drought? And when?
I'll be at Roosters in Springdale on Thursday if anyone wants to come on out. PM me if you want my phone #.
Harvard also doesn't have a 6'10" shot blocker to keep us away from the basket. Our inside game and offensive rebounding along with our ability to switch screens on defense should be enough to win handily. Only problem I can foresee is our taking them too lightly.
Or them hitting 15 3's. That shit always happens to us.
I was wondering if they were any other Bearcat fans on here didn't know I would have to look on the Bengal's board lol. I think we should get past Harvard rather easy. Michigan St. will be hard to beat though in the next round, it sucks that we would have to play next.
