OT: Expressions people botch

I was just talking on the phone with someone who told me something was a bald-faced lie. I've heard that one a few times before.

I mean, I am bald, but I certainly wasn't lying. And there is no way she would know I was bald over the phone. haha.

What are expressions people botch that drive you crazy?

"I don't got nothing" is one that comes to mind.

This is OT, but I hate when people say "expresso".

I always get a laugh when people mix up parts from two different expressions, like...

lol, that isn't how I normally say it, but I do say that to my friends who are Italian whenever they bust on my German or Polish heritage.

It drives me crazy when people spell lose as "loose".
