OT: Dallas Braden Perfect

[GagneFire12]

What a performance by the kid. Completely dominated the best team in baseball. The small crowd in Oakland just witnessed a piece of history.

[The Q stache]

It is the 2nd year and a row a pitcher has thrown a perfect game against the rays. Last year it was Mark Buerhle

[HonusWagner66]

That's just sick.

[GagneFire12]

Evan Longoria has only been in the league for three years, yet he's stood on the wrong side of a perfect game twice. That's 10% of the total perfect games thrown in league history.

******* good job, Dallas. You guys see he lost his Mom to cancer as a senior.

It's Mother's Day

[KindaChang]

Another one already? Damn. Of course, this might be another year of the pitcher, guys have been flirting with no hitters all April, and now a perfect game.

Dallas's Grandmother to the Oakland media:

"Stick it, A-rod."

Classic.

It has been a dominating year for pitchers. And of course, my fantasy opponent has Dallas Braden. A Sunday CG/SO. CURSES!

If the A's pitching staff stayed healthy they would be a dominating force. As per usual with Beane built teams.

I think Braden just extended his "15 minutes of fame" himself...

I had him in a Fantasy league. I also have Ubaldo Jimenez and last year I had Mark Buerhle. Guess I'm just luckey when it comes to no-nos and perfectos

Blah!

It was a close week; I think I'm still going to pull it off 12-11. Congrats on the PG, though.

You'll pick it up; you seem to have a nice mix of players.

Quick, check the guy's blood for HGH and raid his house for drug paraphernalia and PEDs!

Hey now, he just put Stockton (the anus of California) on the map! That is quite the accomplishment.

Yeah I guess I do. Injuries have killed me early. Ellsbury, Cruz, Montero, and Cliff Lee have all missed time, and when Strasburg gets called up, it'll help.

My pitching was mediocre this week, which is uncharacteristic of my team. Your staff looked fantastic. Huge performances by Vargas and Braden today.

Yep, picked Vargas up as a spot start yesterday hoping for a win maybe. I'm not a half bad fantasy manager when I actualy pay attention and look at it more than once a week

You think your pitching was bad. Yikes, I got destroyed (the last 2 weeks really). Now I have 6 guys on the DL.
