anyway Im not sure what to make of this seems kind of clunky but Im hearing really great things about it

this is the director that was original supposed to film the hobbit and got part way through before PJ had to take over

Guillermo del Toro is absolutely silly as a director. Loved Pan's Labyrinth. He has a lot of good really early stuff as well.

The movie looks so so - godzilla meets giant rock 'em sock 'em robots? And I tire of the "our human spirit makes us so unique" as a movie theme. Glad the Cold War is over, but man it made for great movies!

is this what we are getting instead of Robotech? I really could use a great Robotech live action (I heard a rumour Tobey Mcquire was in one) but have seen nothing on it.

I loved Pans Labyrinth (making it into a musical now) and really enjoyed both Hellboys. Im sure this will be fine and I think del Toro will make it better than it looks.

so there is a new Mad Max coming (Fury Road) with Tom Hardy (Bane) as Max. Its supposed to be a continuation (from one of the original directors of the trilogy doing it) so Im intrigued. however I watched (shockingly for the 1st time) Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome last night. It was good (not Road Warrior good) but passable. A little campy and I cant understand why Roger Ebert called it the best of the series back in 1985.

It's a concern, but if anyone will stick to the formula it will be the guys who wrote it down in the first place. That's my hope anyway.

Best cartoons ever! My favorite part was them all falling into the same continuity. I'm not sure that this specific rumor is true, but WB has announced a 2015 release for Justice League. The rumor is that it'll launch off of this summer's Man of Steel.

I'm not sure if anyone knows this, but I'm actually a DC comics superhero fan.
