It's not a perfect system but I'll say the best team that wins the championship game will be the true and best team in the country.

There's always subjectivity in sports. We know the truly best teams don't always win in the major professional leagues every year either but given how the structure setup in the respective leagues that's what you can go by.

It's much easier to do it in a league with 32 teams though. 128 teams and you have to pick 4 to play for the national title?

Oh I agree. But even the field was expanded to 8 I bet teams 9-12 would be bitching enough bout how they deserved to get a spot. Hell it happens every where even in March Madness when they choose 68 teams. I think this is what makes the entertainment and drama great. The CFB movers and shakers love this drama and SportsHoopla.

And although it may not be a popular HSO I'm willing to say that I love TCU and specifically Gary Patterson but I don't think they're better than the top 4 personally.

The computers didn't present a great system or perfect system either and right now at least a playoff structure similar to the professional leagues or how CBB does is way way far out if it will ever even happen.
