My Captain Morgan Spiced Rum and Coke has that fraking Aspartame taste to it. I gotta triple the Rum to take that taste out.....

When it comes to rum and coke....its gotta be coke. No pepsi, no diet anything. It does make that much difference. And I prefer pepsi and diet anything over coke when alcohol is not involved.

Rum is horrible... For some reason the taste makes me sick, always has.

I rarely drink soda but when I do its always a diet one. I dont want the empty calories of regular soda.
Diet Pepsi is my soda of choice but I like Coke Zero. I do think that making mixed drinks with them tend to bring out the heavy sweetness a lot more than drinking them alone.

Rum and pepsi just tastes weird. I drank A LOT of rum and coke (insane amount) while teaching at a boarding school. If you didn't have a jug of Appleton's ready when the faculty came over (unannounced) you had to pick up the next tab at Hoagies.

Unfortunately they would only drink it with diet coke, so I grew used to it.

I drink Coke Zero everyday! When I try to switch back to regular coke every now and then, it's far too sweet. Oddly enough, I like to treat myself to Mexican Coca-Cola every now and then. That kind is made with real cane sugar. Sooooo good.

i have 0 finals this semester.. got the news earlier today.. have enough points in my pass/fail class to pass without taking the final, and thats the only one i had

presentation in 15 minutes and a test tomorrow night (last day of classes) and i'm 1 semester away from the real world
