I think he is missing the point here.... this is not because of interest in working for the CNE.... this shows to me that the job market is not exactly solid out there.... I dont think an attempt to spin working for the CNE is a good look

I just finished a trip to Alaska and spent the day wrangling elderly parents en route to the airport where I currently am for a red eye flight. I’ll be back in the Pacific NW sometime in early next year on business. So I’ll have to give you all a shout once I have dates and we can all watch a hockey game together.

I’ll let you all rub my head for Cup luck.

Awesome city by the way. Reminded me a lot of DC with more natural wonders close at hand. Squamish is dope. Stanley Park is gorgeous. Only had a half day, but enjoyed it.
