I would throw in a less likely one. Martell wins the spring battle, and stays
What a bitch. He basically calls out Fields on social media, and then flees the minute Fields transfers to Ohio State.
I am a bit disappointed he may not battle it out
The guys been in college long enough to graduate and still hasn't sniffed a starting job. Lol
So where's Thater gonna go? Ought to go to OU, I mean he'll fit right in!
His name is Tathan.
Fields announced his transfer to OSU a week ago. The more likely scenario is that he had a talk with Day and Yurcich and can see the writing on the wall. He wasn't recruited by Day, he was an Urban guy. Highly likely if Fields is given his waiver, he's the guy Day wants, so why would he stay over going somewhere as a grad transfer where he's likely to start?
That site seems legit over the Nike camps. Martell may want to add some weight to his 5’11” 180 lb frame and hit the weight room with his max of 185 and squat of 225.
You know what's not legit? Saying Fields has "next to no chance of being granted exemption" without a single shred of evidence despite multiple experts saying it's likely he gets the waiver. Still unable to say where you got information about him having "next to no chance of being granted exemption"?
If he gave the real reason he is transferring — it’d be zero chance of getting a waiver.
I guess we will see what excuse he comes up with, other than the actual fact, he couldn’t beat out Jake Fromm.
So you are saying you had no basis for stating that he had "next to no chance of being granted exemption"?
Wow..I thought beating Michigan last time couldn't get any better....but it seems beating the hope out of Michigan this year might come close.
Yes, if the NCAA had a backbone, he’d be denied because he is transferring for one reason. He can’t beat out Jake Fromm.
We all know he's using the racist comments as a reason
Was that so difficult?
Miami, Virginia or Awburn
Fields will be eligible to play next year. I'm glad UGA is supporting his waiver too.
I know it's a flimsy excuse, but as a guy that also follows Georgia baseball, it put a black eye on the program.
Fields was also a top rated shortstop in high school, and whether it's true or not, Fields is claiming that he was too scared to join the baseball team after those comments. That alone will be enough for him to play next year.
I hope he plays, and I hope he plays well.
That's the problem with him being a QB who would rely on the run in college, he's gonna get destroyed unless he packs on some weight/muscle.
All QBs are now entering the draft in hopes of playing for Kliffy in Arizona
The only problem is — ATF put up a post that had his height and weight as a HS junior. The guy is 210 lbs now
