First let me get this out of the way this is NOT a game thread. Don't want to get anyone fired up over a game thread created before kickoff.

We scored 77 last weekend. Nebraska gave up 36 to some Arkansas A&M Tech school. Lets just say you bring that to Eugene and what the Ducks got going with Taggart/Herbet/Freement/Nelson/TBJ and I see Oregon hanging 50+ easy on Nebraska.

Arky State is not a bad program - learned a little bit about them in 2012 when the Ducks played them. They won the Sun Belt that year finished 10-3. Oregon was ahead 50-10 or something like that at half, but they have a decent program.

HA! Get this, that year Arkansas State played Oregon, Nebraska and Western Kentucky (who was coached by Taggart)

They lost all three of those games.

2016 Southern Utah finished at 6-5 and 4th in the Big Sky, which is FCS.

2016 Arkansas State finished 8-5 with a win over UCF in a bowl game, BTW, all that is in the FBS.

But I guess the 2012 season is more important to any argument in this thread than the 2016 season.

Southern Utah went 5-6 in 2012. Meanwhile Arkansas State went 10-3 in 2012. You know, that same year that Oregon and nebraska played them.
