Twitter isn't its own little universe, and what's typed and submitted on it is available to the entire world, even if it's just up for a few moments. On Wednesday, Oregon redshirt freshman linebacker Tyson Coleman tweeted that 9/11 was a conspiracy.

Just before 1:20 p.m. on Wednesday, Coleman (@TysonColeman33) tweeted: "911 was a conspiracy." Within minutes, the tweet had been deleted, but the damage was already done.

Coleman may have deleted the tweet after Oregon journalism student Nick Smith (@PDX_Nick) replied to him with a tweet that read: "@TysonColeman33 careful what you say on twitter bro. Remember once you type it you can't take it back."
