Used to think that about TEs as well
If Graham player 50% of his snaps at TE he'd have NO argument. His argument is if the Saints want him to play WR more than TE he should be paid as a WR. I'm not saying he win this in arbitration hut he has a solid argument. If Graham wins it will make teams conscious of how where guys line up on a daily basis.
