Probably, especially with no Kobe. The main things that I want to see from the Lakers is a team that is playing hard and having fun. Didn't see a whole lot of that last season.

I know what the Lakers have this year and just want them to play hard, be fun to watch and let the chips fall where they may. Just not having all of the "Dwightmare" drama will make this a better season, imo.

To get a sniff of the playoffs they will need to beat the teams they are supposed to beat (Jazz, Pelicans, etc.), surprise a couple of teams that they're not supposed to beat and go .500 or better against similar teams.

Pro sports is about wins and losses.

As far as Dwight, the Rockets will probably be one of the more entertaining teams to watch this season....plus they should win a ton of games.

Nash was always looking at not being used in back to backs. Dude's 39 years old. He can still be effective, but his minutes will have to be very closely monitored to be effective through the season and available for any possible playoffs.

Not sure that should surprise anyone.

I agree. Hopefully, he can give the Lakers 25-30 minutes a night. One good thing is that he has apparently been working with Farmar and Farmar seems to be responding. Of course, it's pre-season, so we'll see if it translates to the regular season.

25-30 minutes a night and sitting out 1 of the games in back to backs will help Nash get through the season.

Probably wouldn't be a bad plan for the Heat to use with D-Wade considering his injuries over the past few seasons.

The Lakers should start off 0-3 and I'm not saying that because I hate the Lakers but the schedule is rough. No offense guys but I can't see the Lakers being anything better than 4-6 after the first 10 games but 2-8/3-7 is more likely
