Not much of a surprise. Crap division + AZ was actually good last year with great goaltending but was hounded by injuries.

What's surprising is that Kessel hasn't really caught on there at all and it doesn't seem to be affecting them. Before last night he had 4 goals and 15 points in 29 games, all of which would combine for a career low over a full season (which he always plays because he's the most dependable player in the league).

If he manages to find chemistry there somewhere, they'll start to roll.
