I am sure it was just a reporter bringing up the hot topic, every person even remotely connected to hockey will be asked their thoughts.

But not everyone is as dumb as Dave to actually bite on it.


I have been doing corporate investigations for more than a decade. And in that time, I have seen all kinds of things. But one thing that always seems to be true is what eventually catches the guilty party is never the first time they've done it. Another truth is if one person at one organization is doing it, someone else at another organization is probably doing it also. Bad behaviour never happens in a bubble. My spidey sense is telling me that there is a TON more to come.

I'm pretty sure I posted this previously, but in Akim's short stint with the Flames, I liked what I saw. I'm not sure what led to him not sticking with Calgary, but remember, this is the same franchise that let Martin St. Louis walk away for nothing in return.
