How "neutral"?

Like NHL cities without a team in the playoffs, or non NHL cities?

I mean... KC, Houston, Indianapolis and Quebec City could be great choices.

He was probably surprised to be employed on an NHL team and not buried in the A. Come to think of it those Oiler teams were AHL level so yeah, this checks out.

While still drunk you end up at the Tattoo parlor getting the latest tramp stamp.
The next morning to burn off those calories you hit the gym.
After showering you realized you look like Shaggy so you head to Great Clips and get your hair cut.

Most likely but not sure I am 100% convinced Florida will be in a better state in a few months. I think that's why the Atlantic Division is TBD.

Yeah, Quebec has been very hard hit (they had spring break earlier than most of Canada which turned out to be very bad timing).
