I'm in favor of bringing back Carbonneau. No losing seasons, 1st in the east one year, 35-24-7 when fired (and won 5 of last 7 games when fired).

Francium is a metal. It's rare and unstable and would probably explode violently in water if you got it to some before the radioactive decay finished (which you could do, probably, since its half-life is 22 minutes, if you didn't mind it decaying in your hands as you moved it).

According to Dreger, undrafted Dryden Hunt of the Moose Jaw Warriors may get an NHL deal sometime soon.

Hunt has scored 4 hat tricks in his past 5 games and leads the WHL with 93 pts in 58 games as an overage.

Definitely worth a shot.
