I would like to know how the league thinks we're going to have a salary cap of 74.5 million with a Canadian dollar heading towards 70 cents US.

Part of me loves this because Neal has always done this, and even the fines haven't discouraged it...the other part thinks how is this acceptable behavior from a professional ref? I know the NHL justifies this stuff because it's engrained in hockey, but I'm pretty sure demeaning players isn't as roundly accepted in other sports.
