I can see where he's coming from. Granted, it's stupid to say it out loud, but I can see it.

The stretch run, you have to play 20+ (essentially) single elimination games against 20 different squads. Each one requiring specific game plans. Once you are in, you have to beat individual teams 4 times before you move on. It is easier to prepare once you are in.

Still shouldn't have said it, though.
