And the worst part is I knew at that time the Pirates would never get back to that point again. Yes, they went to the NLDS ONCE since 1992 and blew that.


As for the Penguins. I really don't have grudges, except Ron Hextall. Really when they lost the SCF to the Wings I knew they would be back.
Same with the Steelers, you just knew they would be back.

The Pirates on the other hand, outside the Coyotes and A's might be one of the worst run franchises in the four major sports leagues.

Yep he does not deserve to be in the HOF. Talk about a manager that never adjusted from his plan and his love affair for playing a "sunday" lineup to get shitty players in the game always pissed me off.
