Quite the accomplishment for Sam Gagner...10 goals shy of 200 and over 500 points, pretty solid career.

Nice comeback by the Sabres just now - Tie it late in the 3rd to force OT and then Tuch scores in OT on a pretty passing play.

2 goals, 2 assists and +3 for Tuch. Not a bad afternoon.

For sure.

Plus, I haven't followed up on this, isn't he one if the last still playing from the Oilers juggernaut that scored 410 goals in a season?

Habs taking a punishing.

In their best interests to start losing lots but sucks for them that they don’t really have anything worth a damn to sell. Might get a bit from a dumb GM for Edmundson but beyond that, yikes.

Canucks get within one goal and the refs put the whistles away. So predictable.

What the hell happened to PK? I did not see many of his game as a Devil and the stats and they are not great but not terrible as it was not a good team. Watching the Habs and others I find it hard to believe he is not better than a lot of defensemen playing now. Did he want another giant contract? If not I am amazed no one signed him. Could have been a low risk high reward move. I am surprised the Habs didn't sign him just to use as trade bait at the deadline if he did well.
Am I missing something?

He probably just got tired of the grind of being a NHL player and he likely has several hockey related opportunities on the table. He shouldn't have to worry about his finances any longer and can just sit back and take life as it comes. Not a bad gig if you're 33 years old.

Oh if its his choice I understand completely. Get out while you can still walk without pain and enjoy.

And win the lottery and get a generational talent to ramp up support for the team.
