I was bummed not to see Cam get out there on opening night..watching him come off the bench at full speed and fly around the ice is awesome , and its a game changer. The sooner they get him in the lineup the better.

Could've used Cam against Philly. In fact I wouldn't mind sacrificing a guy like Nick P to have both enforcers against a team like Philly.

Ok, now this has been taken a bit too far. The idea of not playing Palmieri in favor of pretty much anyone on the bottom two lines is ridiculous. I get that he's currently getting the hate train full steam ahead, but he was very good last night and was good last year. We know exactly what Cam and Boulton bring. 5 minutes / night, some hitting, + bad penalties.

You're right, Nick P was a bad example. My point being we have some big boys on our roster, Philly has had our number for the past few years so what we're doing isn't working. Why not get two goons out there to smack the Flyers in the mouth, maybe take them off their game a bit and take away some of their intimidation factor?

I was far happier with Palmieri yesterday, particularly in the second half of the game. He plays like that hell be okay.

That said I fully agree w nasty. When we signed both boulton and cam I instantly thought that was for the flyers. Why not let them have it

Going on Thurs. Hopefully we have a good effort. First non pre-season game of the year for me.

Regarding Palmieri. He was senseational in creating the time and space for Kovy's game winner. Dynamite. Exactly how we want him to play. Flyers game has to be considered a mulligan if we can string a few solid games together.
