This is the one game a year I HATE to lose.... @NYJ. This is a must win...again. We can't turn the ball over against the desperate Jets and expect to get away with it. Jets have been terrible vs the pass, so Orton and Watkins need to keep pouring it on!

Jets have a terrible secondary. Great news for the Bills since they won't have the services of Spiller or Jackson. But this feels like a classic trap game. I don't think the Bills come out of NY with a win...although they are going where they play best: on the road.

5-3 going into the bye, I'll take it. That Houston loss hurts though. Big month ahead with KC after the bye, then @Mia and home to the Jets again, then the Browns home too. Meanwhile, the Pats have Den, Ind, GB, SD and Det. Gotta make up dome toom!

Dear god do the Jets suck. Fire Rex, the GM, the OC, both QB's, the deli guy, the guy who cleans the locker room, Decker's barber, the college coaches of the entire secondary and shoot Woody Johnson.

Tomorrow I'm putting pieces of paper with the other 31 teams (OK, 30, no way I'm rooting for the Raider) in a hat and picking a new team.

I didn't get to see the game, was covering a U.S. Congress candidate in town.
But, I too was thinking of this as a trap game. We need to go on a run. The next four games are all must wins. If we can do that, we have a good shot at the playoffs. But, the end of our schedule is rough.

Buddy Nix in hindsight was one of the worst GMs that we have had. Darius was the only non first round bust and it took him a while to get it.

Spiller and Gilmore are solid. Gilmore has been inconsistent unfortunately though.

Spiller had one good season and was taken as a luxury pick we didn't need him at all.

David_Son: You nailed it. He hasn't been a terrible player, but that was a terrible draft pick. This is also how one will need to assess the Watkins pick down the road. 2011 was the last time they made a fairly undeniable good choice with a first round pick.
