I hope that Luck stays with us for the rest of his career, but I know that is highly unlikely if this program gets to where he wants. He loves a challenge, took a fledgling soccer franchise to championships by running that business plan of his. I think he is out to prove it can work on a college level, and nothing will tear him away from his alma mater before that is done. For all his fire, he is a Mountaineer.

I hope he goes and WVU goes out and brings Pastilong back so that one poster on this board can be in all his glory when we hire a Pee Wee football head coach who has been coaching at that position for the last 4 years. At least this coach will have coaching experience at the HC position which will benefit this program. Maybe we can regain entry into the AAC so that we would be close to being invited into the ACC.

Starting to heat up. Will it be a Charlie Brown Halloween for us Mountaineer fans? Hopefully OL will stay for a long time and finish what he has started. We were heading in the right direction as an athletic department. If he goes, I can understand. Who new Mountaineer fans were this fickle?

I am sure you have read the internet rumors that Whit Babcock and Rob Mullens are the heavy faves.

Rob is a Morgantown boy... unfortunately for him... he went to the wrong high school in town.

What is the wrong high school in that town?

The favoites list was real short from the get go, but if that is it I would like to see Mullens take the job. He has already dealt with a AD department exploding with new income and I think that would come in real handy with our revenue going up. He has managed some serious facilty upgrades and has dealt with big time boosters at Oregon.

I do not put much into babcock, not really interested in him coming here at all.
