ESPN’s John Keim writes Luke McCaffrey “has not emerged as an obvious top-four wideout [for the Commanders] to open the season.”

And i would imagine he would also report that Rees-Zammit has not emerged as a top 3-4 RB for the Chiefs..if he cared enough to do so

Wellllll... cherry-picking a dude from the past is easy, so I will.

Luke McCaffrey:

• converted to WR from QB in college
• played 24 games at WR
• had 129 receptions
• third-round NFL pick

There was a guy who:

• converted to WR from QB in college
• played 23 games at WR
• had 118 receptions
• second-round NFL pick

That second guy got 217 yards in Week 1 of his rookie year and was offensive ROY

That's OK, I have Luke in 2 league (late pick flyer) and I'm not giving up on his bloodline - - I refuse to make the same mistake I did on St. Brown several yrs ago just based on camp and/or the first 3 weeks of the season. ....... shit happens sometimes and I can't shake the feeling.

So here is where we stand with the rosters. You have to cut down to 25 by the end of the day on Labor Day which is Monday September 2nd. Guys that qualify for IR do not count against your 25:

Don't know how I missed that before...

I HATE that guy. Cried and comparing when no NFL team would let him play QB, quit when things didn't go his way. That's not a Nebraska work ethic. He routinely receives a fair share of boos when he makes an Alessandro at a game
