it was speculated on the John Clayton show today that they will be going back to an "athletic OL" because that worked so well before.

I don't know enough about personal fit in man blocking vs zone blocking vs ?? to be able to analyze what a major scheme shift would mean. But I am concerned that it might mean revamping the current personal.

Shifting Lewis to LG to allow Jackson to play RG seemed to hurt Lewis' development. He seemed to have Pro-Bowl potential but floundered with the new position. If they are going to change schemes I would like them to build around Lewis and try to play towards his strengths.

Put Lewis back at right guard.... let Brown walk and put in Forsythe at left tackle (he's a great pass blocker), cut Pocic and sign Kelce... yes he's 34 but he's got a few good years left and he'll likely come cheap, and then give Norwell a contract, he's 30 but a decent left guard.

Forsythe, Norwell, Kelce, Lewis, and then put that fat fuck Curhan at right tackle. Man can't pass block for shit, but coupled with Lewis every run off the right side will be money, and Russell can get back to playaction.

Done and done.

Seattle was ranked 15th in pass block win rate, A massive improvement over the past 5 or so years. What has stunk is that they ranked 28th in rush blocking win rate. Needs some maulers up front like Britt was at center for the Hawks. Anyone know anything about some of these younger Centers that are FA's?
