You are a little obsessed MB. I have never cared enough to check out what Michigan's rings look like, but then again, it's been a little while since Michigan has done anything worth a ring.
Was that the team fluffer?Harris was the particular player's last name whose ring it was, not referring to the Harris poll.
No, you wouldn't. By that logic, posting anything negative about your rival the year after a loss makes you look absolutely ridiculous. That's just silly. I'm not going to praise MSU or fail to mention their name for a year because they won a game 6 months ago.
Yup, because it's a petty thing they did and it's related to college football.
You posted a thread about it. You drew attention to it.
I'll give Auburn all kinds of shit no mater if they win or lose. That's not the point.
yeah, could be more of a season's worth of highlights, but if they hadn't won the cotton bowl they probably wouldn't have rings just for having a good season.

Except the difference is obvious. These rings very much involve my team so it's relevant for me to post. Here's an example:
LSU and their #2 nationally rings. I'm not going to bring that up in a new thread out of no where if LSU happens to beat Alabama. I'll take my loss and generally move on.
However. If I'm talking shit with an LSU fan, such a thing is another story. Kind of like the "Tru Story Bro" thread where I posted the 21-0 image. I'm not just out of the blue going to make a thread about it. It's just the kind of stuff that's ammo for shit talking. The #2 nationally ring would be a great image to talk shit with in that thread, even if we just lost to LSU that same day.
Do you see the difference? In one case you look petty for bringing it up, and in the other case it's funny a good shit talking burn. I would have saved such a thing for when a Michigan St fan was being rowdy and then hit them with the little brother shit.
Especially if I was known for making thread after thread being obsessive about things in general.

Then what is your point? I made a thread pointing out how ridiculous MSU is. So I'm allowed to talk shit as long as it's in other people's threads?
You're making no sense now. You can't say you'd give Auburn shit no matter what and then cut my posts down because I'm giving MSU shit no matter what.

Nice try but it says #5 ranking. The player that wore #5 was DeAnthony Arnett.Harris was the particular player's last name whose ring it was, not referring to the Harris poll.
That would make sense if MSU had a player named Harris on the roster. But it appears they did not. http://grfx.cstv.com/photos/schools...f/2014-15/misc_non_event/1415-bowl-guide2.pdfHarris was the particular player's last name whose ring it was, not referring to the Harris poll.

But what is even more interesting to me is that the Harris Interactive poll was not even conducted for the 2014 season.
So . . . Whiskey. Tango. Foxtrot.
Well I'll be damned. I guess Michigan State assigns their coaches numbers. And Rankings.Coaches and staff as well get rings.

Who knew?
You do realize that it could be the player's name, "Harris" and the #5 is for the national ranking?Nice try but it says #5 ranking. The player that wore #5 was DeAnthony Arnett.
