Yeah ND is so afraid to play Michigan that we scheduled a home and home with UGA, Texas and now Ohio State since getting Michigan off the schedule.
Once the B1G goes to the 9 game IC, you will be doing what every one else is doing - 1 Big 5 Conference game, 2 cupcakes. I will give you credit for scheduling better games with UT, OU, and ND, and not Kansas, Kentucky, WashState and the like.I hope we don't catch a lot of flack for scheduling cupcakes
Like RA stated. The Michigan vs ND "rivalry" is a bit on the fabricated side.
They have played 30 some games?
I would think ND has played Stanford more.
Didn't say you were afraid I said you must HATE them.
Ha! Iowa would beat your Longhorns this year.
I'll trade you straight up and wouldn't even have to think about it. Play this stretch:
10/04/14 vs. LSU
10/11/14 at Mississippi State
10/25/14 vs. South Carolina
11/01/14 at Ole Miss
11/08/14 vs. Texas A&M
11/15/14 at Georgia
Then in two weeks Alabama

tOSU has tried to do this for years. For whatever reason there was a couple years recently where they were slacking. They did this before when scheduling USC, TX and Miami and are getting back into the practice. I hope it continues with the H/H.
TCU is an elite?

I remember that H/H series with UT as both programs were at the top at the time and the loser of that game was pretty much out of the NC chase.tOSU has tried to do this for years. First, TCU is a fine team to schedule OOC. Especially when you have UT, ND and OU on the schedule. That said, TCU and Boise were products of playing in mid-tier conferences and having an annual upset against BCS teams. TCU's true colors are showing in the BigXII, and I don't expect that it will change. But, again, it is perfectly fine to schedule them OOC in my opinion.Maybe not elite now. They and Boise were right up there with just about anyone just a few years ago. At the moment, they are a mid-level power 5 conference foe. Still nothing to sneeze at.

With UGa it never got beyond discussion. Now, we really did bail on Oregon.Wish we would've kept Georgia and Tennessee on the schedule though.
