The Red River Bridge War is an interesting read. Texans get pissy about anything. A bridge was built that allowed FREE ACCESS from Oklahoma and Texas. But that Texan dude that owned the existing Toll Bridge was pissed. He loved charging people money and by golly those Oklahomans were going to pay. Oklahoma Governor Alfalfa Murray went down with a loaded revolver to attack the barricades, a full frontal assault. Quite brave of him.
