I wouldn't want this guy on my team. This guy screwed Denver and now is doing the same in NY. He is an "I" guy. Let Knicks suffer with him.

If they do trade him what are some teams that would go after him? Lakers, Dallas maybe Miami(trade Deng and a couple other players.)

No way I see Bulls doing that trade now. If Bulls did make that trade Butler would have to be in that trade along with Dunleavy and the 5 million exception and maybe someone else for the money to work. As a Bulls fan no way I do the trade.

Being willing to do it and doing it, are 2 different things. I'm betting he probably would, but it would have to be the absolute perfect situation (like to a contender that didn't have to give up a bunch of what made them a contender). He's not waiving his no trade just to get out of New York.

don't blame him wanting to leave, the man wants a ring, and he ain't winning 1 here...... the man plays the game with a lot of heart.. yea, he's got a bit of an attitude, but that what made him 1 of the best!

melo is all about money. it is all coming together. love leaves for LA and Lebron forces Cavs management into trading for him

don't agree with that at all, the money is there!

he plays the game hard, he puts it all out there, diving into crowd giving up the body to win, thats not someone who only cares about the money. i get on him on occasions, but i'll take melo on my team every day of the week and twice on sunday!

if it wasn't about the money he would be in Chicago instead of a last place team. bulls got lucky he turned them down. the addition of gasol seems like the perfect fit

Enjoy Pau while you can, because you know he'll land on the injured list sooner than later...like clockwork.

He is.

He needs to adjust to his players.

If a system is not working, it is best to move to a system where you can get the best out of your players

No he isn't. First of all, the Knicks have a bunch of ill fitting pieces. They can't really play up tempo and they aren't physical. The triangle probably gives them the best chance at becoming cohesive on offense. But it takes a long time to learn.

20 games in, they have a system that takes a couple of years to learn well, they don't have a lot of talent and what they have doesn't fit well. But you think the coach just needs to adjust his system. :L

To be honest, I never have been a Carmelo Anthony fan, but the Knicks have generated an bad attitude problem with the Knicks for decades now. Go back a few years and you will remember that the head coaches has had a problem with the players for a long time. Nothing has changed since since Starbury was there refusing to play when D'antoni asked him too. There is a problem all the way up from the owner down to the Janitor so you can't blame Fish by himself or Carmelo by himself
