Rohan Blackwood committed to Wisconsin, so we're 0-1 in the OVs thus far. However, by all accounts sounds like all the visitors from a week ago had a great time. Kalu sounded the closest to committing though Flowers was predicted by Chris Nee on 247's site as a commit to Nebraska. The UCLA game is turning into quite the event even for being an 11am kick off. Here's the visitors I have thus far:

Ricky Walker: 4-Star DT, 6'2" 275 lbs (Walker seems to be really into the local scene for his recruitment. Many projections have him as a near lock to Virginia Tech. Nerbaska getting him to visit is a huge coup and if he has a good time Nebraska could make up siginificant ground on the home town schools. With Peyton Newell recently committing and visiting for the UCLA game look for Newell to be in Walker's ear the entire weekend. Nebraska wants one more HS DT, (and a JUCO) in this class and they would love for Walker to be the guy)[3-star on Scout].

Brandon Powell: 3-Star RB, 5'9" 170 lbs (Credit Madre London for Powell's visit. His tweets during his visit to Nebraska got Powell excited and as a result the current Miami commit scheduled a visit to Lincoln for himself this weekend. Powell is a 3-star on Scout and 247 but a high 4-star on ESPN and Rivals. He is in the same mold as Terrell Newby and Ameer Abdullah but he can also play some defense (had two INTs last Friday). Getting Powell here is big and Nebraska's presence in Florida has only gotten stronger. Battling Miami will be tough but seeing the young guys like Newby get a shot early certainly doesn't hurt our chances.)(Miami)

DJ Foster: 3-Star OG, 6'1" 310lbs (Nebraska)
Luke Gifford: 3-Star ATH, 6'3" 195 lbs (Nebraska)
Monte Harrison: 4-Star WR, 6'2" 195 lbs (Nebraska) - I think he's unofficial

I will update as more info comes out... rumblings are that Mavin Saunders might be making his visit for the UCLA game now but that is not confirmed.

Well, the visit certainly did, but his recruitment hasn't. Nebraska has been in on him for quite some time. Thought we were out of it but sounds like Madre's review of his visit changed his mind.

Just seems odd, he flops from Tenny to the U after his visit to Miami and now the week prior to the UCLA game he decides he wants to OV here

Hey Nut. How bad are we really recruiting a Rb. With the stable we have and Taylor RSing is it a need? Or just BC we can

mostly just because we can... RB is a position where you can never have too much depth. I'm thinking they really want Madre London but they'll take Powell and/or Ballage and let them try their hand at RB and then encourage them to move to the defensive side of the ball if they want to play sooner.

I'm surprised we don't have more OV's for this game, we have 2 kids from the east coast visiting so that blows up the early game time excuse. Disappointing

Really difficult to get kids in for an 11 o'clock game. If this game was at 2:30 or later you can bet we'd have more visitors. Walker could make it because he has a thursday night game and Powell plays early i believe.

I hear we have an UV from a QB '15 4*, a pure passer kid

Drew Lock, from Lee Summit, like this MO connection

We have gone after more than a few pure passers under Beck with little returned interest. I know Jake Rodriguez (Oregon) considered us p strongly.

We've a good connection with Lee Summit already, this kid will be one of the top QB's in the next class

Scout.com: Drew Lock Profile

He's a mizzou (Doh!) legacy recruit so we'll see how far we get, Beck would really like to have a pocket guy I'm sure

Updated with the official visitors on this weekend... Haven't heard anything substantial about Drew Lock... will have to keep an eye out.

Monte Harrison will be visiting for the game tomorrow as well. I think it's unofficially.
