I will give the Miz-Sheamus match a 4. It would have been above a 5 if it was a couple newbies, but it was kind of boring for two established superstars. They did a few good things though that made it a little bearable.

Also, to get a 10 by me is nearly impossible. It would have to be one of those matches that I would consider among my favorites. A few 10s of mine are the TLC matches with Hardys, Dudleys, and Edge and Christian. Undertaker vs Mick Foley in Hell in a Cell.

I've never seen a match with the Miz in it that I thought was a quality match. From my perspective his inside the ring skills are severely lacking.

Rusev vs Swagger would be a great rivalry.

Swagger has a good enough name to help Rusev. Rusev has been dominant enough to give Swagger respect back. I can see Zeb and Lana having some good mic wars.

I also think both Swagger and Rusev are technically good in the ring that their matches wouldn't fall under the boring big guy matches. Swagger is very athletic for his size, it just sucked that they had him mid-card or the one that lost to raise someone else.

I would love to see a handicap match with Dean Ambrose coming out and saving the day towards the end of the match.
