I'm not one for conspiracies.......but that call was CLEARLY in very very late. That was a setup, there's no other way around it.

He didn't make that call until the extra point team was on the field!

That's not true at all. They showed the flag being thrown about a second after he was in the endzone, and we couldn't see if it got stuck (as often happens). Plus the call was completely correct. Quit the bitching, Big 12 fans.

(And to criticize the fact that the ref who made the call was "clear across the field" is hilarious since he was the only ref with an unobstructed view out of everybody).
