Wade is to the Heat as Kobe is to the Lakers. He's poured his heart and soul into that organization and stayed through thick and thin. If the Heat have any say in it he will be a Heat until he retires. There are just some players that teams need to do that for.

Apparently, the hold up is being caused because 'Melo has decided to join the Lakers and he and Kobe are now trying to recruit Lebron to join them. Apparently, Lebron is going to meet with Riley while Kobe and 'Melo fly out so that they can meet with him after Riley.
