Some follow up on this. I've read that the Knicks are using Iman Shumpert as bait to get a 1st round pick. They've kicked the tires around OKC and Miami to see if they are interested.

If I'm either of those teams, I'd honestly rather just draft a guy. The draft is deep with guys that can come in right away and play. Plus, you won't have to pay them much for a few years. Shumpert will be off his rookie contract very soon. For example, I'd much take a chance on Cleanthony Early than have Iman Shumpert

Well said. I'm actually hoping the Heat draft Shabazz Napier (if they can't get a quality guy like Kyle Lowry) or get C.J. Wilcox out of UW. Miami needs to add some young wing players.

Well said. I'm actually hoping the Heat draft Shabazz Napier (if they can't get a quality guy like Kyle Lowry) or get C.J. Wilcox out of UW. Miami needs to add some young wing players.

If Im Cleveland I do that trade. With the #5 pick you still get a nice player plus you add 2 nice role players.

Bad fit for Cleveland. Favors can put up some stats but its really bad (so far) on defense. Kyrie Irving needs a good defense around him
