Forgot about that...

Yah he does produce...

I am just a hater now a days, because I thought him and ROSE was going to make a bigger splash than they did.....

Him and DWILL could have been the new MALONE N STOCK

The biggest rap on Boozer is that he hasn't produced as expected in the playoffs for the money that he makes. I wonder how much of that had to with Rose being out the past 2 seasons? Boozer's not a guy who creates his own shot and without Rose, the Bulls didn't have much else on offense. Made it easier for opponents to defend him.

Unless A LOT goes right, the Lakers aren't making the playoffs this year anyway, so they get a solid guy on an expiring contract who can be brought back on the cheap if he pans out. Or they can just let him go if he doesn't or wants too much money.

If you can get Boozer for $6-8 mil for a season, he would be well worth it.

The Lakers need players and Boozer could mentor Randle. Bring Randle along slowly in his first year and make sure he develops slowly like Kobe did his first year.

I think they can pick him up for 2-3 million per season since the Bulls are paying the rest of his salary....just like Billups with the Clippers.

He has also improved on his defense...

I always like his ability to find the rebound at both ends..

Yeah, and Lord knows the Lakers could use some help on defense. As someone else pointed out, for the $6-8 mil that the Lakers would be paying for him, it's a good deal. If he produces and is brought back on the cheap, it becomes a better deal.

I just read the Hawks acquired the rights to Sefoloasha from the Thunder. Uh, didn't the Hawks already sign him?

So Lance Stevenson left the Pacers for the Bobcats. 27 mil for 3 years.

I honest to God thought it was New Orleans when ESPN said Hornets, lol. But then I remembered the name changes.

Maybe a sign and trade?

That's what HawksHoop said it is. Apparently, we got some cash from the thunder and the rights to a Giorgos Printezis and cash considerations. The Thunder get Sofoklis Schortsanitis.

The pros seem to out way the cons...

But watch some body like the HORNETS sneak in and make him a bench MOB BOSS...

If I remember correctly the Pacers offered Lance a 5 year deal worth around 45 mil. He must have really wanted outta Indy to take less money.

Good move by the Hawks, he's a really nice defender who will help your team a lot on the perimeter.

What I don't get is how did we do a sign-and-trade when we signed the guy twelve days ago.

Big loss for the Pacers. I think now Bulls and Cleveland are #1 and #2 seeds. This will hurt the Pacers.
