Its the legacy potential and his camp's belief that he is wronging a right and only way to move into GOAT status. Being today's day and age and it being Lebron, it will likely back fire as he would have left a team that went to 4 straight finals - only done 3X ever, 27 straight games, and two titles in 4 year to an owner who bashed him on the way out and acted like he owned James. That and he left his friends, Wade and Bosh who helped him win.It just feels like everyone wants Lebron HOMEHOMEHOMEHOMEHOME
but nobody is really looking at what they have to offer. It's a young roster that doesn't know how to win......no other really great stars, the closest they have is Irving. If Lebron were to join that motley group, Chicago HAS to be the favorites to win the East along with Indy depending on what they do this offseason.
Right now I don't see how the current Cavs roster is an upgrade to where he is now. Yeah their younger.......that's about it.
I'm going to be a bit biased here, because I've been a big LeBron fan for years... but I think LeBron's talent might actually be being a bit underrated when it comes to discussions on how these other teams would do with him.
Its possible I'm underrating the 2007-2010 Cavs rosters... but IMO those rosters <<< 2013-14 Cavs roster. And LeBron is actually a much better player now than he was then.
Sources??? I think Melo to NY is safe. Not sure about your other predictions. Assume just your gut.Anthony will sign in N.Y. followed by Gasol. James will stay in Miami.
